I am now offering online yoga via zoom on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30am to 10:30am. Classes are informal and donations are appreciated but not required. 

I am also holding space for Pranayama and Meditation from 11:30 to noon. 

To join any of the classes you can go to the home page and click on the join button for any of the sessions, or simply do so here.
